Refund Policy: New customers are granted a 30 day unconditional money back guarntee. If you do not like our service for any reason, we will refund your payment completely as long as you make the refund request within the initial 30 days of your site being hosted. If you request a refund within the initial 30 days, your site will discontinue to have service within 3 days after the initial 30. Existing and continuing customer's refunds will be pro-rated. Month-to-month customers will be pro-rated on a per day basis from the date of discontinued service less a 15% service charge. All contract customers will have the current month pro-rated and the remaining months refunded less a 10% service charge. When requesting a refund you must supply the date of service termination, it is your responsibility to make arrangements for your site to have service beyond the termination date. Crescent City Technologies will not be held responsible for any lost data or business due to lack of hosting services post the expiration date.
